These terms govern your use of Saara (the “App”), a local-first application provided by Realmaya Private Limited (“Realmaya”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using Saara, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1The App
Saara is a personal-integrity and productivity app that runs on your own device. It stores your data locally and does not require an account. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Saara on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal use.
2Your data is yours
Saara is local-first. Your commitments, notes and history live in an encrypted store on your device and are not transmitted to Realmaya — we operate no servers that receive your content. Any syncing happens directly between your own devices. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining your own backups (Saara lets you export an encrypted snapshot). 3Bring-your-own AI key
Saara's optional AI features work with an API key you provide from a third-party AI provider. That key is stored only in your device's secure keystore, and the App communicates with your chosen provider directly. Your use of a provider is subject to that provider's own terms and pricing, and you are responsible for any charges and for complying with their terms. Realmaya is not a party to, and is not responsible for, your relationship with any AI provider.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it except as permitted by its licence; don't use it to break the law or to infringe others' rights; and don't attempt to disrupt its integrity or security.
5Intellectual property
The App, its design, and the Saara name and logo are owned by Realmaya. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Your content — everything you create in Saara — remains yours.
6No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realmaya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Because Saara stores your data locally, keeping backups is your responsibility.
8Changes
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of Realmaya Private Limited shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
