The Today screen — your day, and the integrity circle.
Two kinds of commitment
A Task is a to-do (it syncs with Google Tasks). An Event is time-blocked (it syncs two-way with Google Calendar). Both can repeat. Saara draws them distinctly so you always know which is which.
Draft vs. Release — the most important idea
When you add something, the main button says Release, with Save as draft beneath it.
Draft = thinking out loud. It travels between your devices, but is not pushed to Google and does not count in your score.
Release = giving your word. From then on it syncs everywhere and counts. Editing a released item shows the button as plain Save.
Why it matters: only what happens after you Release affects your reliability. Nothing counts against you while it's a draft — so capture freely, and release when you mean it.
Areas of your life
Saara starts with Health, Exercise, Career, Finance, Relationships, Leisure. Tap Add area (up to 10) to add your own — name it, pick an icon and colour. Each area carries its own reliability.
